15 Green Roses To Represent Nigeria At Tanzania International Cricket Championship

The Nigeria Cricket Federation have release names of  fifteen cricketers that will wear the country's Green and White colours at  the Women’s intercontinental championship in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania from the initial 23 invited for camping.
Team Captain Etim Blessing and his vice FyneFace Fate lead the bunch of cricketers to the Four-Nation Event scheduled to bowl off from the 18th throught to the 24th of this month.


Others are :Birn Esther Bidemi,Ayoka Hannah,Akhidenor Vera,Obulor Agatha,Oludare Adetutu,Aregbeshola Aolat.
Jabar Temitope,Omoniyi Funmi,Owunjiobi Azuka,Job Mosunmola,Awonusi Oluwaseun,Agazuma Samantha, and Ibe Chinemerem.
 
The Green Roses as the Nigeria Women's team are know, have been in camp for two weeks now, going through drills and training in preparation for the 2015 Championship. 

Head coach Musa Cyril Aidelokhai will be assisted by Ayeaku Tony Rodney on the bench with Sowoolu Bimbo servinf as the Teams Manger.

The team will depart for Tanzania on Sunday 16th August,2015.Nigeria will be slugging it out with host country Tanzania,Thailand ,and Mubai .

The last time Nigeria presented a female team for an international tournament was in 2011 .
