Legal Practitioner Demands Drastic Change For Women's Football In Nigeria

Board member of the Football Association in Nigeria’s Federal capital Territory (FCT) Abuja,Victoria Nlemigbo has advocated the need for drastic change in a drive to better the Women’s Football.

Nlemigbo who is the proprietress of Notredame Angels Football Club, stated this while Reviewing the paper “Women’s Football In Nigeria,Yesterday,Today and The Future’delivered by the chairperson of the Nigeria Women’s Football League, Wednesday at the media centre of the national Stadium,Abuja during the 2015 SWAN WEEK.

"We need statutory provision to be enshrined into our constitution in the developmement of the Women's Football,if we are to make more progress"
"The problem have is the desire,the ability,zeal and commitment,and may we from now going forward find the strength to commit more in the Project called Women's Football in Nigeria"
 

Barrister Victoria Nlemigbo  runs the  project Uconiva Youth Empowerment Programme. A  Project aimed at  ridding  the street off girls through sports.  Currently the UYEP is running an inter primary cum local government competition in Abuja,  for under 13 girls.
