Le Guen Is Disenchanted With Nigeria ?

The Technical and development committee of the Nigeria Football Federation,through its spokesperson,Paul Bassey insists that the committee has merely recommended the employment  of Paul Le Guen,Salisu Yusuf,Imama Amapakabo ,Alloy Agu and others,and that the recommendation was subject to the approval of by the board of the  Football Federation.

"The executive board will look into our   recommendations and will act appropriately,fees and contract terms will have to be discussed with the coaches and agreements reached as well,Paul Bassey ended.

But on Tuesday ,the Nigeria Football Federation,through its media manager,Ademola Olajire,wants Nigerians to be cautious about Frenchman Paul Le Guens appointment.

According to Olajire, Le Guen does not seem to be agreeing with some of the terms of his would be employers,the NFF.

However,in a related story,President of the Nigeria Football Federation,Amaju Pinnick said his board is determined to tidy the grey areas with contracts and payments of national team coaches.

Pinnick said this becomes necessary because the board wants to avoid mistakes of the past.

The NFF President spoke on efforts to ensure regular payment of the coaches and others owed .

"We have secured partners that are willing to help us with the payment of the coaches and those we are owing,we want to avoid our past mistake .We will unveil the partners at the right time but i can assure you will are leaving nothing to chance"
