The three
shortlist for the Super Eagles head coaching job,52 year old French man,Paul Le
Guen , forty three year old Belgium born Tom Saintfiet and Salisu Yusuf of
Nigeria who is 54 years will tomorrow be interviewed by the Christopher Green led
Technical and development Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation.
Paul Le Guen
and Tom Saintfiet will be interviewed via SKYPE CHAT, this is so because the two
foreigners cannot make it to Nigeria due to time constraint in visa application,
and only Salisu Yusuf will be physically present at the interview.
Spokes
person of the Committee,Paul Bassey told amarignis.blogspot.com that the
successful candidate from the list will be name Monday,the 18th of
July,2016.
Hear him:”We
have recommended to the Nff that we will have all the candidates interviewd on
Monday and immediately announce the successful candidate"
"Nigerians have are awaiting to know who the next Super Eagles coach will be and we cannot afford to delay any further,since we want to hit the ground running for the 2018 World cup qualiying matches at hand"
However,we can report authoritatively, that Tom Saintfiet who last coached the Togolese national team, has been appointed as head coach to the national
team of Bangladesh,which now leaves Paul Le Guen and Salisu Yusuf for the Super
Eagles job.
