HANDBALL:Nigeria Fall Again To Morocco

Nigeria’s senior men’s Handball team the Golden Arrows fell with five points to  Morocco in their 4th group A game at the 22nd  African Handball Cup of Nations holding in Cairo,Egypt .

Nigeria lost 20 to 25 points at the end of the duration to  occupy the 5th spot on the log after losing her  first 2 games to Cameroon and Egypt, before scrapping  a 31-30 points victory over Gabon.

The Golden arrows have only two points from four games,scored a total of 87 goals and conceeded 113 and with a -26 goals difference.

Nigeria next plays second placed Algeria Tuesday in the first match of the day.The Algerians have garnered 6points from four matches.

Other matches in group A will see Cameroon take on Gabon,while host Egypt battle Morocco.

In Group B, Tunisia will face Angola,Congo versus Libya,and DR.Congo play Kenya.
The competition serves as the African qualifying tournament for the Rio Olympics in Brazil and the World Handball Championship.
The first three will qualify for the Olympics, while the top 4 will represent Africa at the World Championship.
