NFF Not Joking With AFCON Qualifier Against Tanzania

General Secretary of the Nigeria Football Federation,Dr. Sanusi Mohammed has  underlined the importance of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Tanzania ,despite Nigeria exiting from  Africa biggest soccer show piece.


 "We are not taking the match lying low even though we know we are out of Gabon 2017 nations cup finals,the Russia 2018 world cup qualifier starts soon and for us the match will afford our new Technical Adviser ,Gernot Rohr ,his crew and players to meet for the first time"

"I also think it will be a good tune up for us ,again our pride is at stake that is why the outcome is very important for us, Sanusi noted.

 The Super Eagles of Nigeria  open camp Monday, in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State of ahead of Saturday’s 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against the Taifa Stars of Tanzania,

The 23 invited players are also expected in Uyo tomorrow ,team captain Mikel Obi, is expected to arrive at the team’s camp on Tuesday.
