Two Nigerian Women Referees For CAF Elite A Course

Referees instructor with the Confederation of African Football,Nigeria’s Stella Eloji,will lead her compatriot Bose Momoh to join other Africans for the CAF Elite A course for Women referees scheduled to begin Thursday 1st October, through to the 7th,2015 in Cameroon.


Eloji,who is a retired FIFA Badged Assistant football umpire,told amarignis.blogspot.com that the development is a big testimony for women referees in Nigeria.

"You can see ,this shows that Nigeria Women are doing well in the whistling buisness,and must be suported"


Stella Eloji who  is also a CAF  Physical trainer disclosed that referee Uloma Nwaogu,and Bose Momoh were initial listed to be part of the one week programme but her the laters involvement in a World Cup qualifier,this weekend in Ouagadougou,between the host Burkina Faso and visiting Ethiopian counterparts,she Nwaogu will have to attend the course next time.



Meanwhile,we can confirm that 28 Nigerian FIFA Badged referees  defended their badges today inside the Mainbowl of the National Stadium,Abuja for at two day Physical Fitness Test for FIFA referees in Nigeria.We shall keep u posted with the result of the Fitness test.
